    Thirty-seven tiny-home spaces on six acres in the White Mountains of eastern Arizona, with a walking path and benches through it. The operator states every space is filled, that resale homes come up from time to time, and that an eighteen-space second community is planned nearby at Lakeside.

    A five-acre tiny-home community around a two-acre pond at Gilbert, in Lexington County, a few minutes from Lake Murray. There are thirty-one home sites. Residents buy a park-model home and rent the ground under it, on a lease of two years or more, and the rent covers the water, the sewer, the refuse collection and the shared ground.
